Can offer return & refund option for any product that is defective. Each item is hand made and quality checked before shipping, so this would be a rare occurence. 

If you require a refund, please send images of all angles of the item, including the defective area via info@naturallywithlove.com to set this process in motion. You will be notified as soon as the refund has been issued, within 1-2 days, (possibly 2 days if further information is required). 

If the item is damaged in transit, send a message to info@naturallywithlove.com along with images of all angles of the damage and another other information you feel is relevant. 

Unfortunately can not offer return & refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Fragrance sample paper can be provided with any order upon request, if you want that assurance of a great scent. Simply use Contact Page with the desired fragrance blend.

Shipping is free for orders in Australia over $120. 

Flat rate of $10 for orders shipped within Australia. Item will be shipped with 1-2 business days (2 days if ordering after 12pm ), with Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post, if you have a preference of delivery vendor, let me know via the Contact page.

You will recieve a tracking number for your order as soon as it becomes available. The delivery timeframe for Sydney and surrounding areas is 1-2 days, you can use the Contact page for a delivery timeframe Australia wide.
